Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan
Uses: Fatigue, Organ Prolapses, Recovery from Chronic Illness, Sustained Stress. Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan (Bu Zhong Yi Qi Pian, Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang, Ginseng and Astragalus Combination, QiVive) literally translates as the “Central Qi Teapills”. This formula is for stomach and spleen qi deficiency in Chinese Medicine terms which may also result in organ prolapse. Symptoms may include feeling warm, spontaneous or easy sweating, pale complexion, weakness of the limbs, fatigue, loose stools, lack of energy to speak, and preference for warm drinks. May be used in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome, after prolonged illness resulting in weakness (possibly low blood counts), for lower organ prolapse (gastric, rectal, uterine), weak immune system, frequent urination and incontinence.*
Caution: Do not use if taking cold medicines or if you have hypertension. If you experience headaches and/or dizziness discontinue use.
Ingredients: Radix Astragali Membranacei, (Huang Qi), Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae (Dang Shen), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Dang Gui), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Bai Zhu), Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Chen Pi), Rhizoma Cimicifugae (Sheng Ma), Radix Bupleuri Chinensis (Chai Hu), Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (licorice) (Gan Cao), Rhizoma Zingiberis Officinalis Recens (ginger) (Sheng Jiang), Fructus Jujubae (Ziziphus jujuba mill) (Da Zao).
