Gan Bing Zhi Ben Wan
Uses: Liver Disease, Hepatitis B, Abdominal Pain/Distension. Gan Bing Zhi Ben Wan (Gan Bing Zhi Ben Pian), literally “Liver Disease Recovery Pills” in Chinese, is a formula specifically designed for liver disease. In Chinese medicine terms this formula strengthens the spleen, moves the liver qi, and clears toxicity. Symptoms may include digestive upset, sensitivity to greasy foods, distension in the hypochondriac area, withering nails, yellowish skin, sallow complexion. This formula may be used to treat chronic hepatitis, hepatitis with splenomegaly or post-hepatitis fatigue, liver disease, and jaundice. *
Recommended Dosage: Take 5 to 7 pills or 3 to 4 tablets 3 times per day. At full dose, one bottle renders a 10-day supply. Expect results within 3 to 5 weeks of daily use.
