Jin Gu Die Da Wan
Uses: Tendon, Bone and Joint Injuries. Jin Gu Die Da Wan/Pian literally “tendon and bone injury healing” formula, is a classic formula for traumatic injury to the tendons and or bones. From the perspective of Chinese medicine this formula moves and strengthens the blood, and mildly strengthens the yang. Symptoms may include deep bruising, swelling, pain, aches, and general discomfort due to trauma/injury. It may be used to promote quicker and deeper healing for any injury, including broken or bruised bones, bruising both deep and superficial, and damaged tendons/ligaments.*
Recommended Dosage: Take 5 to 7 pills or tablets 3 times a day. At full dose, one bottle renders a 10-day supply. For acute injuries 1-3 weeks is appropriate, whereas chronic injuries may require 3-5 weeks of daily use. For tendonitis, 1-3 weeks is appropriate.
Caution: Do not use if pregnant, old, weak, or during menstruation. Should not be taken over long periods of time.(200 tablets)
