Li Dan Wan
Uses: Gallstones, Gallbladder Problems. (Li Dan Wan), literally “benefit the gall bladder pills” is a formula that clears damp heat from the liver and gall bladder in TCM terms. Symptoms may include gallstones and/or a range of digestive issues from poor gallbladder function – nausea, vomiting, jaundice. May also be used with other formulas and acupuncture for hepatitis in appropriate cases.*
Recommended Dosage: Take 4 pills 2-3 times a day. Formula should be taken until symptoms are alleviated. This can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks (or longer) depending on the nature of the case.
