Ping Wei Wan



Uses: Indigestion, Gastritis, Poor Appetite, Fatigue. Ping Wei Wan (Ping Wei Pian) literally translates as the “calm the stomach powder” and is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine formula for digestive issues resulting from cold and dampness in Chinese Medicine terms. Symptoms may include poor appetite, bloating, heaviness of the limbs, fatigue, gastritis, loose stools, peptic ulcer disease.*

Recommended Dosage: Take 3 to 5 tablets (pian) 2-3 times per day. Dampness in TCM terms may be slow to resolve so this formula may be taken for many weeks to many months.

Caution: Avoid during pregnancy.

Ingredients: Atractylodes (Cang Zhu), Magnolia Bark (Hou Po), Tangerine Peel (Chen Pi), Licorice Root (Gan Cao), Chinese Date, Jujube (Da Zao), Fresh Ginger Rhizome (Sheng Jiang).
