Qi Xie Da Bu Wan
Uses: Insomnia, Irregular Menstruation, Impotence, Nocturnal Emission. Qi Xie Da Bu Wan (Qi Xue Da Bu Wan / Pian), literally “nourish qi & blood pills” is a formula that strengthens the kidney yang, nourishes yin and blood, strengthens the spleen qi, and protects the jing. This is a sort of multi-purpose formula but is best used for deficiency of the kidneys and spleen/stomach. Symptoms may include sexual dysfunction, poor appetite, weakness in the knees, chronic fatigue, dizziness, irregular menstruation and sleeping problems. This formula is used to treat impotence, nocturnal emission, spermatorrhea, irregular menstruation, low libido, and insomnia.*
Recommended Dosage: Take 5 to 7 pills 3 times per day before or with meals. At full dose, one bottle renders a 10-day supply.
