Si Ni San Wan
Uses: Cold Limbs, Depression, PMS, Digestive Issues. Si Ni San Wan (Si Ni Wan), literally “frigid extremities pills”, is a classic formula designed to treat liver qi stagnation primarily when it exhibits with cold hands and feet (i.e. counterflow qi to the extremities). Symptoms may include cold limbs, fatigue, moodiness, depression, PMS in women, grinding of the teeth and/or jaw/neck tension, and a range of mild to moderate tension in the abdomen/hypochondriac area.*
Recommended Dosage: Take 5 to 7 pills or tablets 2 to 3 times a day. At full dose, one bottle renders a 10-day supply. Expect results within 3 to 5 weeks of daily use.
