Xiao Yao Wan
Uses: Stress, Depression, Anxiety, PMS. Xiao Yao Wan/Pian (Free & Easy Wanderer), literally “rambling pills” is a classic, extremely well known formula designed to treat liver qi stagnation with underlying blood stagnation and spleen qi deficiency. Symptoms may include anxiety, irritability, stress, anger/irritation, depression, hypochondriac pain, PMS, and headaches. This formula is used to treat emotional disorders including anxiety and depression, chronic or acute stress, PMS, irregular menstruation, gyneccomastia, infertility [female], impotence[male], IBS, and gastritis*
Recommended Dosage: Take 5 to 7 pills or tablets 2 to 3 times a day. At full dose, one bottle renders a 10-day supply. Expect results within 3 to 5 weeks of daily use.
Caution: Do not use if pregnant or if you experience heavy bleeding during menstruation. For women they should stop taking the formula while menstruating and then continue when menstruation has ceased. (200 tablets)
